How to Make Word, PPT, PDF, and TXT Files Impossible to Copy and Paste Easily

If you're using an archive to protect those files, you might find it annoying to open the archive every time you need to access the documents, right? What's more, there are plenty of tools out there that can potentially crack the password of an archive.
Actually, there's an easier way. You can convert the text inside your important files into a more encrypted and unreadable form. So, how does this method work? It's actually very simple.
In this tutorial, I'll show you how to make the documents you have much harder to copy or read. The method we'll use involves a third-party software that intentionally "corrupts" the characters inside the document.
This software can disguise letters by converting them into unfamiliar symbols, making the text appear blank or unreadable, as shown in the image below.
The image above shows what the encrypted characters look like after the process is complete. The symbols cannot be read normally because the text has been encrypted. So, without further ado, let's get straight into the tutorial..
Tutorial:
- For the first step, make sure you have downloaded the software [Here].
- Once the download is complete, extract the files you downloaded.
- Next, open the extracted folder.
- Then, check the "INSTRUKSI" file first to see the installation instructions.
- Once you are done, run the program shortcut from your desktop.
- Make sure you already have the document files that you want to encrypt or protect.
- After that, launch the program from your desktop.
- On the main page, click the "Encrypt File" menu.
- After that, click the "..." button located right next to the long "Choose and Process a file" field.
- A file selection window will appear, now, find the document file that you want to encrypt.
- Once you find it, click the document file once so that it becomes highlighted in blue, after that, click the "Open" button in the bottom-right corner of the file selection window.
- Once you have done that, click the "AAA" button to view the password, if you want to change the password, simply replace it with a password that you can remember. (If you don't want to use a password, just leave the password field empty.)
- Once everything is ready, click the "Encrypt" button with the paper and lock icon.
- A final confirmation window will appear before the encryption process begins. Enter the same password you entered earlier into the password field. However, if you didn't set a password previously, you can simply skip this step.
- Once you're done, click the "Proceed" button.
- Now, wait a few seconds while the file is converted into what looks like corrupted or unreadable code. Once the process is complete, click "OK".
- If you still don't believe it, check the location where your original file was stored. You should find a new file that has been created as the encrypted version of your original file, with ".enc" added to its file extension.
- You can open it by right-clicking the file and selecting "Open with", alternatively, you can remove the ".enc" extension so that people can directly open and view the encrypted code without having to right-click and select "Open with". However, make sure you save a copy of the original file in a separate folder first so that you don't accidentally lose it.
- Once you open the file, it should look similar to the image below.

- The decrypted file should now be created with the ".dec" extension added to its filename.
- You can remove the ".dec" extension from the filename so that the file retains its original ".txt" extension and can be opened normally without having to select "Open with".
- If a confirmation window like the one shown below appears, simply click "Yes".
